Traci Braxton's grandson steals hearts in pictures with mom and dad

Traci Braxton’s son, Kevin Jr., welcomed his first son into the world last May and the little boy is already stealing hearts all over social media in pics with his parents.

Kevin Jr. and his girlfriend Olivia surprised his mother back in November after revealing they were expecting a child but didn’t know how to break the news to her. While the singer confessed that her initial reaction was to smack her son, she later got on board the baby train by supporting the young couple with every little detail.

She even enrolled them on a “Baby Boot Camp” after she realized they weren’t understanding the importance of having a baby at home. Kevin Jr. confessed in front of his parents he didn’t know how to change a diaper, which told Traci she did the right thing.

After the baby boy was born on Mother’s Day, Traci posted an adorable video holding the baby for the first time, an experience she said she will never forget. The boy, named Kevin like his father and grandfather, is a stunner.

The little boy is stealing the spotlight in recent photos shared by Kevin Jr and Olivia on Instagram.

The good-looking man posted a pic snuggling to his boy’s cheek while the baby was using a pacifier and rocking a red onesie. Olivia, on the other hand, used a Snapchat filter on her and the baby while he was resting on her comfortably on her tummy.

Speaking to The Grio about her grandson, Traci revealed that she’s not going to be called “grandma” but a more royal-like nickname by her grandchild. She said:

“[Kevin Jr.] made me a duchess and I’m ecstatic because now my parents, my sisters, and my brother…my grand-baby is making them a first generation of a great-grandchild.”

And continued:

“My sisters and I…when we were younger, we said if we ever have kids, and our kids have kids, our names would be Duchess. That’s royalty, that's what they call the Queens when they have grandkids. So, I’m royalty.”

Two months ago, the 46-years-old singer shared a beautiful family portrait of her son and his girlfriend with little Kevin in arms on Instagram. The happy family flashed bright smiles to the camera, and Traci revealed in her caption how thankful she is to them for bringing a new life into the family.

She wrote:

“I am so proud of them with the new addition to the family .. GOD is so good .. life is so precious .. cherish every moment of it.”

The singer is currently preparing to release her sophomore album, as she released the first single, “Lifeline,” on Friday.
