Vanessa Williams' son isn't a baby anymore & shows off his thick beard and earring in recent photo

Vanessa Williams' son is definitely not the little boy who used to hang on to his mother at red carpet events anymore. Hunky Devin Hervey shared a picture recently, showing off his full beard and clip earring.

Devin is one of the three children Williams shares with her ex-husband, Ramon Hervey II. The 26-year old fitness buff is a graphic designer who also has a passion for motorcycles.

One look at his Instagram and anyone can see what Devin cares about- family, art, fitness, and bikes to name a few. He often shares pictures of his parents and sisters, Jillian and Melanie.

When Ramon and Williams got married in 1987, it was a justification for the former beauty pageant who had experienced public humiliation after a newspaper published her nude pictures and she was forced to relinquish her crown as Miss America. It was even more painful at the time because Williams was the first woman of African American descent to win the pageant. She was just 20 when she won the coveted crown.

Determined not to be held down by her misfortunes, the "I'll be dreaming" crooner decided to try other things. She explored music, acting, modeling, and even fashion, successfully launching her clothing line. Success didn't come easy for the strong-willed woman.

She was fast becoming an outcast following her scandal. Hollywood and the music industry wanted nothing to do with her for a long time, and it was Ramon who used his public relations expertise to clean up her image and re-usher her into the world of entertainment.

From then on, it was good tidings for the talented performer. Williams had a successful music career that saw her winning the NAACP award for Best New Female Artist and scoring several Grammy nominations. Her career in TV and film has been impressive as well. She continues to feature in movies and stage performances.

Ramon and Williams got divorced in 1997, and since then, the singer has had two more marriages. She was married to basketball star Rick Fox from 1999 to 2004 and is currently married to Jim Skrip.
