Woman destroys new Ferrari shortly after getting on the road for the first time

A woman had the pleasure of driving a Ferrari for the first time. However, her experience didn’t go well as she managed to crash the car just after leaving the dealership.

The vehicle cost more than half a million dollars to import. It was reported that the damage the car sustained would cost nearly half of its selling price.

A woman driving a red Ferrari 458 crashed and destroyed the car moments after driving away from the dealership. The vehicle cost more than half a million dollars to buy and import into China.

Reports state that the driver lost control of a brand new Ferrari after getting behind the wheel for the first time. Luckily, she and passengers escaped with minor injuries but the car was destroyed.

Then, through CCTV footage, we see the sports car crashing through a barrier into oncoming traffic. It then hits a BMW X3 in the process.

Somehow, the woman suddenly swerved out of control to hit a metal traffic barrier. The BMW X3 she hit then collides with an unsuspecting driver of a black Nissan saloon car.

Despite the accident happening at what appeared to be a low-speed, footage taken by witnesses in the aftermath of the accident showed the front end of the Ferrari completely destroyed. The airbags were also deployed.

The car was reported to have been purchased by the rental dealership for the import price of more than 4 million Renminbi which is around £463,000. The cost to fix the damaged car has been estimated at half that amount.

Social media users speculated that the driver may have turned off the car’s traction control before the crash. This would explain how the vehicle suddenly spun out of control.
