Meet Snoop Dogg's 8 Grandkids, One of Whom Tragically Died

The "Young, Wild & Free" hitmaker said his grandchildren, who are all unique in their own ways, mean "everything" to him and that each of them gets a piece of his heart.

Snoop Dogg is married to Shante Broadus and is a father to four children — Corde, Cordell, Julian, and Cori Broadus — and a grandfather. The world-famous rapper is proud to have eight grandchildren, though one passed away shortly after birth. Here is a look at each of them.

Zion Kalvin Broadus, 10

Corde Broadus and his then-girlfriend Jessica Kyzer welcomed their first child, Zion Kalvin Broadus, on January 14, 2015. Snoop shared the happy news on Instagram by posting a video of Corde holding Zion, "Proud grandad. My ... grandson Zion !!🍼🙏🌟✨Jah bless."

During an appearance on "The Jennifer Hudson Show" in January 2024, the TV host asked the family patriarch what his grandchildren called him, and he recalled that his oldest grandson, Zion, was the first to give him a name.

The record producer shared that the child used to call him "Papa Noop" because he could not pronounce Snoop. He added, "Then as time went by, he learned how to say Snoop, so now I'm Papa Snoop."

Elleven Love Broadus, 6

Years later, Corde and his now-wife, Soraya Love, grew their family. On August 17, 2018, they welcomed a daughter named Elleven Love Broadus.

When Elleven turned five in August 2023, her mother shared a heartfelt tribute to her on Instagram, posting a carousel of photos of them together over the years.

"[…] Thankful to God for this angel baby girl ☺️🙏🏽," she captioned the post, in which she reflected on motherhood.

Cordoba Journey Broadus, 6

Cordell Broadus and his wife, Phia Broadus, had their first child together on March 24, 2019. They named their daughter Cordoba Journey Broadus. She is also lovingly called Lulu and CC by her family.

The youngster is a sports fanatic and had the chance to meet her favorite soccer player, Alex Morgan, in September 2023. Cordell revealed this in an Instagram post, sharing a video of his daughter embracing the athlete.

Kai Love Broadus

Corde became a father again on September 15, 2019, when he welcomed his third child, Kai Love Broadus. Sadly, Kai died ten days later.

Corde and Soraya established the Kai Heart Foundation to honor their son's memory. In March 2024, they announced on Instagram that the foundation would be partnering with Pretend City. They expressed their hope to collaborate with other organizations that focus on healing, education, and support, all rooted in love.

Sky Love Broadus, 4

On February 20, 2021, Corde and Soraya welcomed their second child together, a son named Sky Love Broadus.

Proud grandmother Shante shared her excitement online, writing, "I'm So Happy My 5th GrandBaby Boy Was Born Today 💙💙 #SkyLove."

Chateau Broadus, 4

A month later, Cordell and Phia welcomed their second daughter, Chateau Broadus, on March 10, 2021. Shante also celebrated the birth online. She captioned the post, "My 6th GrandBaby Girl #ChateauBroadus."

Symphony Sol

In December 2022, Cordell and Phia revealed they were expecting their third child. Snoop later shared the news in an interview, "I am a grandfather of six, with one on the way."

Their daughter, Symphony, was later introduced to fans through family photos, though her exact birth date remains unclear.

Cori Broadus and Wayne Duece's Daughter

In December 2024, Snoop's youngest daughter, Cori, announced she was expecting her first child with her fiancé, Wayne. Their baby girl arrived prematurely in February 2025. Cori revealed the news with a black-and-white photo of the newborn's foot.

Snoop on What Being a Grandfather Means to Him

In an exclusive clip from "Words + Music: From the Streets to the Suites," Snoop spoke about how much his grandchildren mean to him:

"I am a grandfather of six, with one on the way. And my grandkids are my everything because they all individually get a piece of my heart and they're different."

He shared that his oldest grandson, Zion, likes to call himself the biggest star in the family. Zion even replaced Snoop's face on a Snoop Loopz cereal box with his own.

The celebrity also mentioned his granddaughter Cordoba, whom the family calls CC. He said she plays tennis and loves seeing him in advertisements, "She sees me in the store in my little Corona ads and what not — [she says], 'Papa!' That [expletive] means the world to me for them to call me that because I had a papa."

The rapper then reflected on his own childhood. "My grandpa was my best friend and for me to be that for my grandkids is showing that I actually did well and I was able to outlive the circumstances. Now I can look back — I can teach those who want to get to this level," he said.

Snoop Dogg's family has grown over the past decade, with each grandchild bringing him joy. Even after the heartbreak of losing Kai, he continues to celebrate new life and cherishes his role as a grandfather. His love for his grandchildren is clear in how he speaks about them.
