The daughters of fashion model and designer Kimora Lee Simmons were portrayed wearing beautiful dresses for their school’s prom night this year.

In a photo that the proud mother took and posted to her Instagram account, both Ming Lee and Aoki Lee Simmons could be seen in floor-length silk gowns. Ming’s number was black, and it had a semi-see-through section that showed her stomach.

Aoki, on the other hand, opted for a different style as her dress was purple and had a simpler yet gorgeous design. The makeup on both girls was on point and, while they chose a few pieces of jewelry, they looked beautiful.

Kimora’s pride was evident in the caption as she wrote using several hashtags that her girls went to the prom 2018 together.

As soon as that picture was uploaded, Kimora’s fans and followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts. One of them was Instagram user @beautiful_situation, who pointed out that they were “simply gorgeous” and that they were growing too fast.

KIMORA AND MING GRADUATED ALMOST AT THE SAME TIME

The 18-year-old girl, who is Kimora’s eldest child, officially graduated on June 11, when she received her high school diploma in a ceremony for which she wore pearl-white high heels and a lace dress.

Only weeks before Ming’s big milestone, Kimora earned her bachelor’s degree in Business and Entrepreneurial Affairs from the University of Hartford in Connecticut, reported Us Magazine.

“Ming Lee says I stole her light. She’s upset to have to share it with me, but it’s a great example of setting an example for yourself and your kids. When they say you’re never too old to go back, it’s true. No matter what situation you’re in, it’s possible,” admitted Kimora.

KIMORA GOT A LOT OF HELP, THOUGH

The fashion designer pointed out that all her children helped her when she had breakdowns throughout her time in college. Kimora added that she would encourage her children and support them when they stumble.

“I want that to be the message that in the last few months, I’ve dealt with school bullies, long nights, writing papers, and everything else in our lives,” finished Kimora.
