James Johnson, the owner of a lawn service company, made a resident's day by offering assistance when it was needed most.

Johnson shared the story to his company's Facebook page, J&J Lawn Service, and explained that he was on his way home after a 12-hour day when he saw the gentlemen across the street.

He seems to be struggling with the massive lawn, and only had a push mower to get the job done. Johnson decided to lend a helping hand.

Johnson asked the homeowner if he needed assistance, and the unnamed man's face lit up.

Taking that as a yes, Johnson unloaded his equipment and went to work. He had a powerful mower, and it only took him 15 minutes.

He signaled to the homeowner and his wife that he was done and began packing up. A few seconds later the wife walked over to thank him.

She explained that her husband had been struggling to maintain the large lawn ever since his riding mower had broken down, and said that Johnson's kind deed helped immensely.

Johnson wanted to share the experience with others in the hopes that it would inspire them also to reach out and offer assistance. He said:

"I changed their life, for a small moment. I hope someone reads this and feels like doing something good for someone tomorrow."

He added that he is grateful to be where he is and thanked everybody who helped his business grow over the years.

Turner was commended by passersby and by netizens for his willingness to help Hubbard. He truly is an excellent example to look up to.
