Nicole Murphy, 50, flaunts enviable abs in plunging red crop top in recent video

If there’s a Yummy Mommy Award, Nicole Murphy is sure to get it. The 50-year-old flaunted her incredibly toned body in a recent video despite her ex-husband’s latest news.

The recording began with Nicole sitting in a cane chair and swinging seductively to an Erykah Badu track playing in the background. She looked enchanting in a plunging neckline red crop top paired with black pants that had a see-through detail at the sides.

Multiple rings, bangles, a necklace, and large hoop earrings completed Nicole’s ensemble which made her look younger than her 50 years.

The fashion model’s impressive physique has made her the envy of many who refer to her as “body goals,” and for the woman who has five grown children, it's an impressive feat. But Nicole revealed that she has not always been particular about her body.

It wasn’t until she encountered difficulty in losing weight after her second pregnancy that she knew something needed to be done. She confessed:

“When I first had my first baby, I wasn’t even thinking about working out. I didn’t go to the gym. Then the more kids I started having, it was like, ‘I need to work out because I’m not the same.'”

Since then, the “Hollywood Exes” star has maintained her trim figure with a combination of cardio exercises, weightlifting, and healthy eating. She also recommends taking one hour out of each day to work out.

Nicole stated her reason for staying committed to her fitness regimen:

“I want to maintain. I’m 50 now, so I want to inspire other women. Just because you’re 50 doesn’t mean it’s over. I’m not trying to look 21, but I want to look good for myself and whoever my mate is going to be.”

The fitness enthusiast was pictured out and about in West Hollywood on Tuesday, a few hours after it was announced that her ex-husband, actor, Eddie Murphy, was expecting his tenth child with girlfriend, Paige Butcher.

The friendly exes were spotted together in June when they attended the graduation of their daughter, Zola. The pair also shares four other children- Bria, Myles, Shayne, and Bella.
