Loni Love flaunts slimmer figure in blue jumpsuit following major weight loss
TV personality Loni Love, best known for “The Real,” took to Instagram to share a photo of herself wearing a dark blue and black jumpsuit showing off her slimmer figure.
In the post, Loni was posing in front of the poster of the movie “Peppermint” wearing a beautiful blue jumpsuit that had a deep neckline. Apart from that, it had a thick black belt cinched in on her waist that made her look even more beautiful.
Another striking aspect of her outfit was her curly dark hair that was let loose over her shoulders. In the caption, the host added that hashtag “Loni Loss Challenge” and pointed out that she was down to a size 18.
Later, she added that she started the summer at size 24 and that she was ready to keep getting healthier.
As soon as she uploaded that image, her followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts. One of them was Instagram user @rhodesdi, who urged her to keep working on her health and that she looked good.
HER WEIGHT-LOSS JOURNEY
It was not the first time Loni addressed her weight-loss process as she shared a glimpsed of it by posting a photo of her thinner face. The comedian compared her head before and after she lost weight and even encouraged her fans to do the same.
While she kept uploading similar pictures of her face, as well as messages encouraging others and herself to keep their journey going, she had never shared a photo of her body up until the one in the blue jumpsuit.
IT DIDN’T HAPPEN OVERNIGHT
In July, Loni told her “The Real” co-hosts and friends that she had dropped 30 pounds already. She added that she was still on the road to a healthier lifestyle.
DON’T EXAGGERATE
During a previous show, Loni pointed out that she considered offensive when people exaggerate when complimenting her over her weight loss. She told the story of a person who told her that she was “so thin,” but the comedian said: “I’m not thin like that!”
HER ADVICE
Loni took her time during “The Real” to tell people that whether they are trying to lose or gain weight, one of the keys was to take their time.
She revealed that she once lost about 50 pounds very quickly, but ended up gaining around 70 more because she didn’t do it in a healthy way, which was her mistake.
Finally, Loni said that she changed her approach and got better results, so the key was taking their time and not rush it.
