She was recently diagnosed with cancer for the third time after a tumor was found in her spine. Newton-John had beaten breast cancer back in 2013.

Newton-John says it is vital to remain positive and even though she is scared at times, she does not allow fear to overtake her.

She is determined to beat this third round as well, saying her loved ones stand by her and that she wants for nothing in life. She said:

"I live in this beautiful place. I have a wonderful husband. [...] I have an incredible career. I have nothing, really, to complain about. I believe I will win over it, and that's my goal."

The "Grease" actress was first diagnosed two decades ago when she was in her early forties.

She received treatment in the form of chemotherapy, as well as a partial mastectomy and reconstruction.

When her cancer went into remission, Olivia decided to raise awareness for breast cancer. Nine years ago, she founded the Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Center in Australia.

News of the cancer returning after more than two decades shocked her family and close friends, but Olivia is confident that her treatment will be successful.

Back then, she worked closely with her medical team and underwent radiation combined with several wellness therapies.

She canceled several public appearances last month but said at the time that they were not related to her cancer struggle.

Newton-John reunited with her "Grease" co-star, John Travolta, a month ago to celebrate the film's 40-year-anniversary.

Other "Grease" stars also joined them on the evening, including Didi Conn who played Frenchie, and Barry Pearl, who portrayed Doody.
