Man asked his friend to cat-sit for him with unexpected consequences

This hilarious account of two friends helping each other out is sure to put a smile on your face throughout the day.

Once Lenny planned to go on vacation but was worried about leaving his house unattended. He also had a cat and a grandmother that he had to look after.

So after thinking a lot about it, he decided that he should approach his friend Bobby for some assistance. He met Bobby and convinced him to look after his house while he was away.

Sometime later, Lenny called to ask about the condition of his home. “Hey, Bobby, how's my cat?”

Bobby hesitated briefly and then told Lenny his cat was dead.

Lenny was disheartened. He said, “What!? You shouldn’t have broken the news to me like that.”

He continued explaining, “You should have done it slowly. The first time I called, you should have told me she was on the roof. Then when I called for the second time, you should have told me that there was no way to get her off the roof.”

“Then when I called for the third time, you should have told me that you tried to get her down but she fell down and died before you could reach her.”

Bobby apologized to his friend for being insensitive and inconsiderate and they hung up.

About a week after the incident, Lenny called his friend yet again to know how things were going around the house.

He asked Bobby, “Hey Bobby, how’s my Granny?”

Bobby paused for a while and then calmly replied,

“Well, she’s on the roof.”
