Lioness tries to get her mate's attention, but it seems like he is not in the mood

A lioness was desperate for attention and did everything to get a reaction from her mate only to see all her efforts go to waste as the king of the jungle remained uninterested.

The lioness was seeking affection from the lion that was with her inside an enclosure, as seen in the viral video.

To catch his attention, the lioness first went around in circles around the lion, which appeared very oblivious to his mate’s actions.

For quite some time, the lioness pulled all the stops to impress her mate but to no avail.

At one point, the lioness decided to throw herself to the ground in front of the lion, where she almost hit him on the face with her back.

Still, the lion was not interested. She tried another tactic and climbed over the lion. Her back legs were on top of the lion, but he still refused to give in to her charms.

The lioness was getting frustrated, but she didn’t want to give up just yet.

She went on to roll around the grass as if she was waiting for the lion to come up to her and join in the fun, but to her disappointment, the lion chose to take a nap instead.

After many minutes of pestering, the lion eventually moved. Although, much to the lioness’ disappointment, the lion moved to get away from her.

He had to step over her body and knocked her hips with her huge paw in the process.

He then went on his way to find another good spot to take a rest away from the lioness.

She still tried to follow the lion a few times afterward, but in the end, she gave up and let him have his alone time.

After the video was uploaded, many female users made comments, saying that they could relate to the lioness since most of their partners are very much like the lion.

Now, the video has been viewed more than eight million times and counting.

Meanwhile, another story about lions grabbed the public’s attention. This time, the lionesses involved were not as sweet as the one previously mentioned.
