On Monday night, actor Paul John Vasquez was reported dead. He was found unconscious at his father’s home in San Jose, California.
TMZ has reported that he passed away from a heart attack but it’s still being investigated. He isn’t the first “Sons of Anarchy” actor to lose his life this year.
Paul John Vasquez was 48-years-old when he passed away. The actor’s representative had this to say:
“This news has come as a surprise to us. Our hearts are heavy. He was a kind, creative and loving man. He will be missed.”

The star was known for starring on “Sons of Anarchy” in 2011. He also appeared in the series “CSI: NY,” “How I Met Your Mother,” “ER,” “NYPD Blue,” and “21 Jump Street” in 1989.
Vasquez also worked as a writer and producer. The actor passed away just a few months after his “Sons of Anarchy” co-star Alan O’Neill died.
On June 6, the 47-year-old actor was found unconscious by his girlfriend at her apartment. At the time, his agent, Annette Walsh said:
“It’s with sadness I confirm the passing of Alan O’Neill, a brilliant funny and kind human being. My thoughts are with his partner, children, family and friends at this time. I’ll personally miss knowing Alan isn’t sharing the planet with us any longer, despite the miles between L.A. and Dublin. Alan was only ever a phone call away. May he rest in peace.”
The Los Angeles Coroner’s Office confirmed that the actor passed away at a residence in Toluca Lake. He was pronounced dead at 6 p.m. on the same day.
The Coroner’s Office spokeswoman previously said that O’Neill died of sequelae of chronic ethanol (alcohol) overconsumption. He also had other conditions.
The star had blunt force head trauma and coronary artery atherosclerosis. The spokeswoman said they believed the actor fell and died.
His death was ruled as an accident.
