Paul John Vasquez, who was known for his many acting stints on numerous television shows, died last Monday night from an apparent heart attack in his father's residence in San Jose, California. According to reports by TMZ, his dad found him unconscious in one of the rooms in their home, prompting him to call paramedics. However, when the ambulance and medical team arrived on the scene, they were unable to revive him and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

While it is being said that he died of a heart attack due to the symptoms he showed, the real cause of death is still under investigation as he is scheduled to undergo an autopsy.

Vasquez is the second actor from "Sons of Anarchy" who have died in the last few months after Alan O'Neill was found dead by his girlfriend back in June. During his time of death, he was 47-years-old, and there was reportedly no foul play in that death either.

Now that Paul John's cause of death has not been confirmed, it is unclear what he has been up to in the past few months, aside from the fact that he was writing a short film. Other than this, foul play and substance abuse have not been ruled out. Meanwhile, Alan O'Neill had been suffering from cigarette and substance abuse during the time of his death, which eventually caused his downfall.

Paul played a minor role in 2 episodes of the series back in 2011, and according to sources, he wrote the short film "Thug Alley" which was supposedly in pre-production. Now that he has passed, it is unclear if that short film will ever come to light.
