O.J. Simpson recently released a statement of warning for Bill Cosby in prison, whom he says will be the target of "some nut", as this is what he experienced during his jail stint.

Simpson spent 9 years in prison in Nevada after counts of kidnapping and armed robbery and warns that people like Cosby, who are convicted and registered sex offenders, get the worst treatment behind bars.

"The problem is the nature of the crime. Rapists are frowned upon in prison."

Although he is sure that Cosby will have protection given his connections, he claims it only takes one nut, and that he needs to be put in protective custody.

81-year-old Cosby was convicted of 3 counts of aggravated indecent assault, which happened in 2004. In the incident, officials have confirmed that he drugged Andrea Constand at his Pennsylvania home and later on molested her.

The civil case was previously closed after she paid her 3 million dollars, but after the case reopened in 2015, he was sentenced to 3 to 10 years in state prison.

However, Simpson thinks that the punishment is too severe and that he is calling for mercy due to his old age and brittle health.

"With his health and his age and the nature of the crime, there's not a warden in this country wants the responsibility of a Bill Cosby. I think they should let him do his time under house arrest."

OJ knows everything about the prison life since he was convicted for the death of his own wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, who died in 1992 from lethal stabs and slashing in her own home, along with her friend Ron Goldman. More than 20 years later, he thinks the situation was laughable, much to the dismay of a lot of people.
