Where did the Kardashians come from and why are they so famous?

The Kardashian clan is famous for being famous and have a combined net worth of more than $450 million. But how did they reach stardom?

They have turned their family into a business empire and know the ins and out of the entertainment industry.

He was a famous defense lawyer known for his involvement in O.J. Simpson's murder case, and his wife Kris Jenner was friends with O.J's murdered wife, Nicole Brown.

Kris Jenner is the self-proclaimed 'momager' of the clan and boosted her family's image with their reality show, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

Robert married Jenner in 1978, and the couple had four children: Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, and Robert Jr, before parting ways in 1991.

A year later, Jenner tied the knot with Olympic athlete Bruce Jenner, now known as Caitlyn Jenner. The couple had two children, Kylie and Kendall.

They divorced in 2014 when Caitlyn came out as transgender. Kris is currently dating Corey Gamble, and the couple will celebrate their fifth anniversary next year.

Kim predicted her own fame back in 1994 when the then-teenager said in a home video that she's going to be famous one day.

Her rise to stardom began a decade later when she appeared as Paris Hilton's assistant on the reality show "The Simple Life."

Kim was also friends with other celebrities, like Paris' sister Nicole, and Lionel Ritchie's daughter Nicole.

She was married three times and has been by rapper Kanye West's side since 2014.

Even though Kim is the most famous and successful Kardashian, the 34-year-old Khloé is not trailing far behind her older sister.

She was married to NBA basketball player Lamar Odom, but the couple parted ways in 2013. She recently gave birth to her first child with NBA player Tristan Thompson.

Khloé has a fashion line called the Good American and is said to have a net worth $35 million.

Their youngest sister, Kylie Jenner, recently made headlines as the world's youngest billionaire. She accumulated more than $900 million before her 21st birthday.
