Midler played the eldest sister of the Sanderson trio. Summoned by the boy Max, the three sisters are bent on sucking out the souls of Salem's children.
In the voice of Winifred, the witch she played in the 1993 film, Midler said in the clip:
"Wait, wait a minute. What's a Sanderson sister celebration without Winifred?"
The event will be aired on Saturday, October 20 at 8: 15 p.m. Vanessa Hudgens and Jordan Fisher will host the show.
The two-hour special will take place at the Hollywood Forever Cemetary in Los Angeles. There, the beloved stars will be interviewed.
Dove Cameron, Jordin Sparks, and other artists are set to perform.

Midler has been doing humanitarian work since after the film hit television. She founded the New York Restorations Project in 1995.
The organization's work involves clean-ups of parks and gardens around the Big Apple. They hosted their annual Spring Picnic in Harlem, New York in June 2018.
At the event, Midler wore an elegant rose-colored dress that featured sheer sleeves.
Her appearance brought more awareness to her environmentally-conscious organization. They are hoping to create a cleaner, greener world starting in New York.
As for Midler's acting, she is going to work on the new "The Adams Family" movie. The new film will be released in 2019.
