Sandra Bullock freezes time in a strapless dress after donating $100,000 to save animals’ lives
The beautiful Sandra Bullock stunned in a strapless black and gold gown at the screening of her new movie, after a generous donation to a non-profit organization working tirelessly to save and care for animals injured in the California wildfires.
The screening of Sandra’s new movie, ‘Bird Box’ took place at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles on Monday night. The 54-year-old posed for photographers in her stunning black and gold strapless Vivienne Westwood gown which featured an orange strip down the front with a high slit.
Styling for the evening got done by Elizabeth Stewart, and Sandra opted for loose flowing shoulder-length hair and minimal jewelry. On Monday morning Sandra donated $100,000 to the Humane Society of Ventura County in aid for the animals affected by the wildfires. After her generous donation the organization wrote on their Facebook page:
"Our efforts for rescuing and caring for evacuated animals from the Hill and Woolsey fires had caught her attention, and her team reached out to the shelter to show their support. Sandra Bullock and her family have reached out to other nonprofit organizations both during this incident and in the past. However, this time she wanted to contribute to those on the frontline rescuing animals in peril and hope others will choose to do the same.”

For her 54th birthday in June Sandra had a small intimate gathering in a private room at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills. The table for 12 got filled by her boyfriend Bryan Randall, her two children, Louis 8, and Laila, 5, and close friends. Their evening of merriment ended around 11 pm whereafter an employee got spotted carrying out heaps of presents.
For many years Sandra has been dubbed ‘America’s Sweetheart,’ her recent act of sincere generosity and discerning appearance at the screening of her new movie, ‘Bird Box’ just reiterated the origin of that well-deserved nickname.
