Loni Love shows off her weight loss in green satin dress in recent picture

Loni Love flaunts her dramatic weight loss in a recent photo after revealing her secret to slimming down.

Loni Love looks exceptionally good in a recent photo where she dons a green satin dress. The transformation is a result of her long-term efforts to lose weight. In June, she admitted on “The Real” that she already lost 30 pounds and intended to lose more. It seems she persevered seeing how great she looks now.

Loni also revealed in her show that the secret to her success in losing weight is due to one thing- patience. She said she never lost focus and delighted in taking her time.

The television host is true to her word as she recently took the moment to “stop and smell the roses.” In her latest photo, she glows wearing a shimmery green dress while picking flowers in her garden. In her caption, she wrote,

“When you need a break, stop and smell the roses..”

Loni is exceptionally happy lately not only because of her appearance but because she has a new man in her life. One of her recent posts suggests she’s seeing actor James Welsh who dropped in to “check on me,” she wrote.

It’s been a tough week for Loni who shared in her friend Tamera Mowry’s grief over losing her niece, Alaina Housley. Loni was the friend Tamera turned to on the night of the Borderline bar shooting while she was worried over the fate of her niece who was then still missing. They would later learn Alaina had died from the unfortunate incident. Tamera was grateful to Loni for being there for her in a recent episode of “The Real.” She sent an appreciation letter through Adrienne Haughton who read it to Loni.

Loni isn’t new to grief and in fact suffered a loss of her own when she was in her 20’s. Last year, she opened up to her co-hosts about it and revealed she had a miscarriage. She was eight weeks pregnant at the time she lost her baby and it left a painful scar that has yet to heal. Loni has since decided she didn’t want to have any children because she never wanted to relive that feeling again.

“I had so much love for that baby. That’s why I don’t take it lightly. After that, I made sure I would never get pregnant again, because I didn’t want to go through that. I felt like it was a person I was letting down.”

Loni was married once but after it failed, she proclaimed herself a “satistfied single.” It’s unclear if she ever intends to marry again but she seems to be happy just dating and with no children in her future.
