Toni Braxton comes close to wardrobe malfunction, going braless in plunging blouse

Toni Braxton has a near nip-slip as she fashions a braless look during a recent event.

Toni Braxton dared to bare during her recent appearance where she wore a plunging blouse without a bra. Just a little nudge in the wrong direction and she would have suffered a wardrobe malfunction. Luckily for the style star, that’s not the case.

Toni attended the life-sized Gingerbread House Experience at the Grove in Los Angeles and wore a striped top with a dangerously low neckline. She undid the buttons of her shirt all the way down to her navel and drew more attention to her bare chest with a silver necklace. The outfit caused quite a stir considering it threatened to expose Toni but she rocked the look and managed to keep her nipples in place.

DARING TO BARE

This is not the first time Toni teased fans by going braless. In fact, the singer’s daring look echoes the one she fashioned in her promotional photo for her upcoming tour “As Long As I Live.” She unveiled the black-and-white sexy image on her Instagram earlier this month. In the pic, she wears a long flowy gown with a waist-high slit that showcases an entire flawless leg. Her torso is almost bare, with a wide open neckline that ends at her waist. The straps of her gown dangerously graze the side of her nipples, teasing fans of what’s underneath. Toni looked phenomenal in the provocative look which serves as a preview of what fans can expect from her tour.

FANS ASK ABOUT HER WEDDING

Fans are curious when Toni will finally get hitched to her fiancé, Birdman, knowing she’s about to kick off her tour next year. She addressed this when she recently guested on “The Wendy Williams” show. She revealed two dates had been set but due to her commitments with her show, “Braxton Family Values” and the family drama surrounding it, she decided to postpone.

“I was like, ‘The wedding is a good thing to get all the sisters together," and I couldn't get us all together,’” she explained.

BIRDMAN PUTS HIS FOOT DOWN

Toni also revealed Birdman has been nagging her to set a date. And why shouldn’t he? He waited for so long to finally be with her. The couple were engaged in September 2017 but have been friends for 17 years. Toni learned Birdman always had feelings for her, even when she was married to her ex-husband, Keri Lewis. She wed the musician in 2001 but divorced him in 2009 after having two sons with him.

Due to Birdman’s insistence, Toni confirms she’ll be married “in a couple of weeks.” She told this much to Williams saying her fiancé wants to wed her “before the year is out.” Birdman doesn’t even mind if they married in a courthouse but Toni prefers to have a big wedding. She even has Jada Pinkett-Smith in mind as her maid of honor.

It seems like wedding bells will soon be ringing for Toni as Birdman’s deadline draws near.
