Stevie Wonder serenades his son during ‘DWTS: Juniors’ performance, and their chemistry is pure gold
Stevie Wonder's amazing performance celebrates his son Mandla's talent on "DWTS: Juniors."
"Dancing With The Stars: Junior" hosted a unique performance that brought together the legendary Motown singer Stevie Wonder and his son Mandla Morris on the same stage for the same time.
Mandla Morris danced the foxtrot with his pro dance partner Brightyn Brems to the sound of his famous father's live performance of one of his greatest hits, "Isn't She Lovely."
The video of the performance was posted on YouTube/ Dancing With The Stars, on November 18, 2018, where it garnered over 200,000 views.
"Well first it is so incredible to have the amazing Stevie Wonder performing tonight, I know if I had to do a performance with my dad on Dancing With The Stars it would not have looked like that."

FATHER AND SON PERFORMING ON THE SAME STAGE
The occasion was a special episode of "DWTS" in which the dancers performed in honor of an important person in their lives, and Mandla's choice was his father, Setie Wonder, 68.
In classical ballroom style, Mandla, 13, wore an elegant tux, and Brightyn donned a stunning pale blue ballgown. Their performance was graceful and inspired and drew spontaneous applause from the audience.

"Isn't She Lovely?" is one of Wonder's greatest hits, and was written when his first daughter Aisha Morris was born on February 2, 1975. Aisha, 43, who was also present at her brother and father's performance, is also a singer and has toured with her father.

Adam Rippon praised Mandla and Brightyn´s performance, telling him he admired his poise while dancing for his world-famous father, and admitted he would not have been so calm. Rippon accessed the foxtrot as the team's best performance and the duo scored 27 points out of a possible 30.

Like his father, who had his first hit at 13, Mandla is a talented musician who plays the piano and loves all kinds of music. He even shares his legendary's father's birthday: May 13.
Mandla is Wonder's second child with artist and fashion designer Kai Millard. He has one full brother, Kailand, and 7 half brothers and sisters: Aisha, Kwame, Sophia, Keita, Mumtaz, and Nia.
