Mary J. Blige's ex Kendu Isaac's daughter slams her dad for bad parenting in emotional post

Briana Latrise, the step-daughter of Mary J. Blige, took to Instagram to share an emotional post slamming her father and Blige’s ex-partner, Kendu Isaac.

In the photo, Latrise appeared kissing Isaac on the cheek while both of them seemed happy to be next to each other. The truth is completely different, though, as the 32-year-old lady criticized Isaac’s parenting skills in the caption.

First, Latrise said that she only had three photos of her and her father together. She added that she used to make every excuse for him not to accept that he was a bad father, but now she realizes that Isaac is “garbage.”

THE CAPTION

“You put [expletive] and paper before your own [expletive] child! But invite me around for appearances and [expletive] right? Lol. Ur a bum! I had to tell the world you were being a [expletive] for you to help me when I needed it! [sic],” wrote Latrise in the caption.

HER WISHES

At the end of the message, the woman wished that Isaac had dreams similar to every minute she spent with him: “painful, traumatic, lonely, and awful.” So far, Isaac has not publicly responded to his daughter’s post.

BLIGE AND ISAAC’S DIVORCE

It is not the first time that Isaac is being dragged over his decisions in life. In June 2018, Blige and Isaac’s divorce was finalized after an almost-two-year-long process.

The couple tied the knot in December 2003, but the singer and actress found out that Isaac had an affair with one of her friends, so she filed for divorce in July 2016. According to Hot New Hip Hop, the man is believed to have spent around $420,000 on taking vacations with his mistress.

HER THOUGHTS ON THE CHEATING

“When you come out of something like that, you realize you were never the one. There was someone else that was his queen. I got played. I got suckered,” admitted Blige.

THE LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM

If things were not bad enough in Isaac and Blige’s lives, the company Golden Venus LLC., which rented the ex-couple a mansion in May 2015, filed a lawsuit against them for not paying the rent. The parties agreed to pay a monthly rent of $25,500 and put down a $51,000 security deposit.

A year later, the couple and the company decided to make an extension of the lease increasing the rent to $27,000 per month. However, the couple split soon after that.

They failed to pay their rent from August to November, and when Golden Venus gave them the notice to pay up or vacate the place, Blige and Isaac agreed that they would pay $27,000 and quit to the security deposit to call it even.

THEY HAVE TO PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS

However, the couple never paid, and after further inspection, the company discovered $16,058.78 in damages to the home. From holes in the walls to repairs on several home appliances and the garage door.

The company also claims that at least $31,052.52 in A/V equipment was removed from the home. Neither Blige or Isaacs have addressed the legal suit so far.
