Diana’s niece looks like a carbon copy of Princess Charlotte in an unseen throwback photo

Lady Kitty Spencer shared a throwback photo of herself, and royal fans couldn’t help but notice a striking resemblance between her and Princess Charlotte.

27-year-old Kitty, who is Princess Diana’s niece, posted a black-and-white photo of herself on her first day of school.Believed to be snapped when she was about four-years-old, then-young Kitty wore an adorable dress and black, dolly shoes.

Upon looking at the picture, you would think that it was Princess Charlotte wearing a big smile in front of the camera as young Kitty also wore the young princess’ signature half-up, half-down hairstyle.

Royal fans were quick to point out the resemblance on the comments section. In fact, one user wrote, "Princess Charlotte has the Spencer genes. You look so similar on this.”

Apart from Princess Charlotte, Kitty had also been said to be similar to her aunt, Princess Diana herself. Perhaps the Spencer genes are really strong.

WHO IS KITTY SPENCER

Kitty is first cousins with Prince William and Prince Harry. She is the eldest child of Princess Diana’s brother, Charles Spencer, the Ninth Earl Spencer. Kitty has three other siblings. Her mother is former model Victoria Lockwood.

Following Princess Diana’s death, Kitty remained close with her cousins. She was even invited to both Prince William and Prince Harry’s weddings.

SHE GREW UP IN CAPE TOWN

Even though she was born in London, Kitty was raised in Cape Town. After Princess Diana got divorced with Prince Charles, Kitty’s parents decided to move to South Africa to steer clear of the media.

She studied psychology, politics, and English at the University of Cape Town, and afterward, she studied art history in Italy. In addition, she also earned a master’s degree in luxury brand management at London’s Regent University.

Despite being born into a noble family, the 27-year-old is more known for her modeling career. Her first cover was when she was only a year old in 1992. It was for Harper’s Bazaar UK, and she shot it with her mother. At present, she is under Storm Model Management and has walked for many lavish brands like Dolce & Gabbana. Kitty is also the current brand ambassador of Bulgari – a luxury jewelry brand in Italy.

For years, Kitty had devoted her time to help the less fortunate. She is an ambassador for Centerpoint, which is a charity that supports homeless youth. Kitty is also involved in other charities and organizations like military charity Give Us Time, Save the Children, and Elton John AIDS Foundation.
