Rihanna makes hearts swoon while adorably trying to wink in make-up free video

A few days after hordes of fans came to her defense, Rihanna looks more adorable than ever as she shows off one of her weaknesses.

Celebrities are human too, and even though they wow us on stage and sometimes have us wondering whether they have supernatural abilities, they can’t do everything.

Rihanna is a global music icon, actress, designer, makeup mogul, humanitarian, and Barbadian Ambassador. Quite impressive, huh? There’s just one thing the “Diamonds” singer can’t seem to get a grasp of -- the art of winking.

The Shade Room shared a clip of Rihanna’s wink attempt. The pop icon looked adorable with her make-up free face and long hair, but no matter how much she tried to shut one eye completely, the other seemed to follow.

Instead of winking, it looked more like she was batting both eyelids. The footage was gotten from Rihanna’s Instagram story, accompanied by a short note:

“Still can’t wink.”

The cute attempt comes only days after the Rihanna Navy, as her fans are called, dragged her former boyfriend, Chris Brown, for commenting on her Instagram posts.

“There might be times when it seems that you cannot go forward, but at least you do not have to go backward.”

Rihanna nearly broke the internet over the weekend as she modeled lingerie from her “Savage x Fenty” fashion line. The 30-year-old appeared topless in two photos, wearing only red briefs, sheer stockings, and elbow-length gloves.

The sultry photos had social media users in a frenzy, and in no time, generated millions of likes and comments. One of those apparent admirers was RiRi’s ex, singer Chris Brown.

Rihanna and Chris met in 2005 and dated from 2008 to 2009. That year, Chris pleaded guilty to physically attacking Rihanna and pictures of the latter’s battered face went viral on social media. She still got together with him in 2012, but by 2013, they finally went their separate ways.

So, when Chris dropped a wide-eyed, flush-faced emoji on Rihanna’s picture, her Navy wasted no time attacking him. They told him, in many colorful words, to stay away from their idol.

A few were concerned that Rihanna is still keeping in touch with the “Kiss Kiss” singer, but a source close to her told Page Six:

“I don’t believe they even talk at all. She’s still with her boyfriend.”

The singer herself took to Instagram with a cryptic post after Chris’s comment, and she couldn’t have been any clearer. See for yourself:
