'I'm officially a mom!' 'RHOA' star Shamea Morton gives birth to a baby girl

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta," Shamea Morton has given birth to her first child, Shya Nyambura Mwangi, on November 29.

Shamea Morton, star of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," has flaunted her first pregnancy with tons of pics. Now she's finally a mom.

Morton took to Instagram once more to share the happy news. On Thursday, she posted a stunning photo of her looking like a goddess in a bath surrounded by flowers.

"I’m officially a MOM! I have a whole new respect for women and our bodies. Child birth is nothing short of a miracle. I feel so blessed to have had this experience. I don’t take my life nor my child’s life for granted. A 'Birthday' has a whole new meaning to me now. Whew!" gushed the new mother.

In May, the Mortons had broken the news that Shamea was expecting their first child. During a huge gender reveal party they announced they were having a baby girl.

“I hope she’s a mini-me. I do girls really well,” said Shamea before revealing that her husband loves the idea and adding, “He already calls her his princess."

Before giving birth, Morton had flaunted her baby bump a few times on Instagram. She treated fans to stunning full views of her growing tummy.

She bared her bump in a photo shoot while dressed as a ballerina. She also posed wearing a gorgeous African-inspired costume.

Now the gorgeous star has finally given birth to her daughter. Her daughter is named Shya Nyambura Mwangi.

"Congrats and welcome to motherhood. Your life has forever changed." commented one fan.
