THE CHILDREN WERE TRANSFERRED TO A LOCAL POLICE DISTRICT HEADQUARTERS
The officers made sure to shelter the children who were suffering from cold due to a temperature below ten degrees and were transported in a vehicle camouflaged with plainclothes agents to a headquarters of the Local Police District, where they remained until they were protected by a family member.
The woman in her 30s appeared at around eight in the morning accompanied by a man of the same age who exceeded four times the maximum allowed rate of alcohol.

The mother indicated that it was because of this that she took them to the vehicle in which they had moved to sleep while she remained in the bar that was one kilometer from the place where the children were located at dawn.
Additionally, as reported by the City Council, the man who accompanied the mother tested positive for alcohol and drugs, exceeding four times the maximum allowed rate of alcohol and testing positive for cocaine.
