Brandy melts hearts, surprising baby Melody with a huge Mickey Mouse-themed Christmas tree
Brandy Norwood, the singer best known as Brandy, took to Instagram to share a clip, shown below, of her surprise for her niece. She surprised baby Melody with a Mickey Mouse-themed Christmas tree.
Melody Norwood has captured the hearts of fans. More importantly, she has her aunt, Brandy Norwood wrapped around her baby finger.
Like any aunty in love with their niece, Brandy has shown that no expense is too great when it comes to spoiling baby Melody. Christmas is no different and the doting aunt decided to surprise her adorable niece with a beautiful gift.
Taking to Instagram, the singer's sister-in-law, Princess Norwood, revealed a stunning Mickey Mouse-themed Christmas tree. The tree was a surprise for her one-year-old niece, Melody.
"It’s all about creating beautiful memories for Melody’s 1st Christmas" wrote Melody's mum, Princess.
She went on to credit Melody's doting aunt for the gorgeous surprise. She also thanked The Ivy Design for bringing Brandy's vision to life.
"We’re so in love with this Mickey Mouse Christmas tree and choo choo train! Thank you @4everbrandy for suprising US (I mean Melody )Tree designed by AMAZING @theivydesign" read the caption of Princess's post.
It's not the first time the tiny toddler and her aunt had fans feeling warm and fuzzy. On Thanksgiving, Brandy took to Instagram to share a pic of herself holding Melody up and then dropping her arms to her chest while singing to the baby, who couldn’t stop laughing.
They danced around for a while before the video ended. She revealed that it was one of the happiest Thanksgivings ever.
The recent love that is being displayed between Brandy and Princess Love may come as a shock to some fans. The pair has had issues over the years.
However, it seems the sisters-in-law have buried the hatchet. Earlier in the year they had got into a tussle online however when questioned about it later Princess simply said it was"in the heat of the moment."
Ray J, her husband, also chimed in and added, "it’s just what people do sometimes and you get back cool. Sometimes, everything isn’t going to be all peachy clean. It’s how you deal with the problem.”
