Beyonce cuddles twins in recent pics while enjoying Christmas in NY park with Jay-Z and Blue Ivy

Beyonce and her family enjoy a Christmas afternoon at the park as she honors her grandmother with a precious gift.

It was all about family for Beyonce and Jay-Z who spent some quiet time at the park with their children this Christmas.

A CHRISTMAS GIFT AT THE PARK

The family-of-five was spotted enjoying the holidays at Brooklyn’s Prospect Park where a bench dedicated to Beyonce’s grandmother, Hattie White was situated. They brought Hattie along with them so they could show her the bench which was the singer’s Christmas gift for her grandmother.

Beyonce laid flowers on the green-painted seat which bore an inscription that read,

“Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago. With love and admiration to our root, Hattie White.”

DECKED FOR THE WINTER WEATHER

Beyonce was evidently in high spirits wearing an all-white winter outfit which she complemented with high braided pigtails. Her husband wore a grey peacoat and dark pants.

Joining them and Hattie were the power couple’s children, 6-year-old Blue Ivy and 18-month-old twins Rumi and Sir. In photos tweeted by World Music Awards, Beyonce cuddled with her twins who were warmly dressed in cute winter jackets. Rumi wore a pink fur jacket while Sir sported an army green one with grey fur trimming.

RARE SIGHTING

It's a rare treat for fans to see photos of Beyonce's twins so this latest sighting is newsworthy. However, she also recently surprised fans when she shared photos of them during their trip to South Asia where she performed at a wedding in India. The singer didn't hesitate to share snaps of her little ones as they played on the beach.

BLUE IVY AND AN APOLOGY

Back in the park, their older sister Blue Ivy looked every inch the fashionista wearing a long, pale pink coat and a black hat. She also wore little reindeer ears on her head. She was quite a looker, contrary to a recent controversy that involved a comedian.

Blue was in the news after comedian Funky Dineva took a shot at her during one of his shows and described her as “ugly.” An outrage ensued from Beyonce’s loyal fans which prompted Dineva to issue a video apology to Blue and her parents. Dineva asked for forgiveness for his “gross” action toward a “defenseless” child. It’s unclear if the Carters heeded his apology but, hopefully, since it’s Christmas, it didn’t fall on deaf ears.
