On January 12, the “Almost Famous” star took to Instagram once again to post a picture that defends the right every mother has to breastfeed her child in public.

Hudson shared a beautifully captured portrait of herself and her baby daughter Rani Rose Hudson Fujikawa that got many of her fans commenting positively on her example.

“When you’re workin but babies gotta eat,” the mother-of-three captioned the snapshot that shows Rani Rose feeding under a pale-pink sweater.

Hudson also mentioned Chilean-born photographer Nino Muñoz, writing “Love you” to him while crediting him for taking the picture.

Rani is the first child Hudson and her 32-year-old boyfriend Danny Fujikawa have conceived together, with the former being mother of 14-year-old Ryder Russell and 7-year-old Bingham Hawn from previous relationships.

In just two days, the post was liked by more than 880,000 people. The post comes not long after the “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” star opened up with the "Today Show” about the challenges of breastfeeding and working.

“I’m breastfeeding constantly now and I’m trying to figure out how to balance the breastfeeding and the work, which is always a mother’s challenge,” the actress said.

“Even mums that have multiple kids, and it’s just hard with the pumping. I have one friend who is a milk machine. I wish I was a milk machine. I’m not. I need to pump and I need to be on it,” she added.

Back in December, Hudson talked to People about her collaboration with WW, formerly known as Weight Watchers, on which she wants to serve as an inspiration for recent mothers who want to have a healthy recovery after giving birth.

“It came at a perfect time for me, because at this point after having three babies it’s like sense memory. You want to start getting back into shape and to get strong again and focus on your own personal health,” she said.

“It’s hard when you have babies. Everyone comes before you, and you have to find that time to just focus in on yourself,” she added.
