Loretta Lynn wants Keith Urban to jump out of her birthday cake, and his response is pure gold
Keith Urban is making Loretta Lynn's birthday wishes come true. It involves him jumping out of a cake.
The country music star will celebrate her 87th birthday on April 14. Birthday party preparations have long begun.
The Nashville star will have a tributary concert featuring lots of stars. The "Lorette Lynn: An All-Star Birthday Celebration" concert was announced on Monday by the Grand Ole Opry House.

Separately, Lynn made a personal request in a statement. She invited fellow country superstar to do something extra special to help her celebrate.
She wrote:
"I am so excited to celebrate my 87th birthday with all my friends. This is the first time I've ever had a birthday party! My birthday wish has come true. The only other wish I have is that Keith Urban jumps out of my birthday cake!"

Much to her delight, Urban responded in the positive. He took to Twitter to speak to Lynn.
He said:
"[Loretta Lynn]... your wish is always my command Miss Loreta!!!!"
Urban is already set to perform at the concert. He will be joined by Garth Brookes, Little Big Town, Alan Jackson, Miranda Lambert, Martina McBride, and George Strait.

Lynn is ready to sit back and relax as she enjoys the show. Speaking to PopCulture, she said:
"I feel great. [It] feels great. I love all the artists that's coming on. I don't know them, but I listen to them, and it's great."
Lynn's first big celebration will take place on April 1 at Bridgestone Arena of Nashville, Tennessee. Brooks stood alongside Lynn during the announcement earlier this week.

The two stood next to a purple (Lynn's favorite color) birthday cake in her honor. Brooks was happy to be by the iconic singer's side.
He said:
"I'm excited because she's here. It's one of the sweetest things on the planet that someone who is at where everyone moves here to be, treats you like an equal from the second she meets you."

He continued:
"You have always been in my corner. You have always fought for me. You've been busy doing that. That's pretty much our story."
Lynn then said she loves him and Brooks responded in kind. The 86-year-old most recently faced a broken hip back in 2018.
In September, she released her album titled "Wouldn't It Be Great." Fans interested in purchasing tickets should call 1-800-745-3000 or go to ticketmaster.com.

Meanwhile, Urban is getting lots of love by many others besides Lynn. Unsurprisingly, his wife Kidman spoke about her admiration for the country singer.
She spoke to PEOPLE about her marriage. Apparently, the two have pondered about how things could have gone had they met earlier. The couple has two kids together.
Kidman said in the interview:
“We go, ‘Oh gosh, I wonder if we met when we were 25, then we could have had 10 of them!’
Urban got his own birthday wishes from Kidman back in October last year. The actress took time to share a message with her husband who was not home at the time.
She posted a photo of herself kissing Urban who held a half-eaten chocolate cake. The caption read: "You're so loved Keith Lionel. Happy Birthday, baby!"
Urban was on tour at the time and celebrated with fans in Hersey, Pennsylvania. We hope Lynn's celebration are just as enjoyable when April comes around.
