EJ Johnson, one of the children of the NBA legend Magic Johnson, took to Instagram to share a photo of him rocking a striking ensemble.

In the post, the man appeared wearing grey Gucci shoes, loose blue shorts, and a white shirt left undone and tied at the bottom. He gave his outfit the final chic touch with black sunglasses, a white necklace, and simple yet astonishing make-up.

For the caption, EJ only wrote, “Creepin” [sic]. As soon as he uploaded that image, several followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts and praise his look.

“I like this Look. It's feminine and masculine!" said one commenter.

“WHAT A BEAUTIFUL HUMAN BEING,” added a second user.

“a relaxed casual fit.... still slaying,” pointed out another follower.

MIXED FEELINGS ON HIS SEXUALITY

Even though several people praise and support EJ every time he uploads posts on social media, others usually attack him over his sexual orientation. On January 6, EJ uploaded a photo on Instagram showing the clothes he chose for the Golden Globes.

The man attracted a lot of sighs in his black Alexander Vauthier gown that had a high leg slit and a V-cut design. While several people liked his look, many others share their negativity on the comment section.

Some of them said that they would never let their sons wear such a thing. Others suggested that Magic was probably disappointed in EJ because, being an NBA legend, people considered that he should have followed in his father’s footsteps.

SUPPORTING HIS SON

However, nothing could be further from the truth. No matter what people say about EJ, his sexuality, or the alleged “poor parenting” that Magic has shown for “letting him be gay,” the NBA legend has publicly and repeatedly said how much he loves his son and that he supports him in every aspect of his life.

“You gotta support your child, because there's so many people who try to discriminate against them, so they need you to support ‘em, 'cause if you don't support ‘em, who's gonna support ‘em and love them? [sic]" revealed Magic on the “Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

Apart from that, Magic, his wife Cookie, and EJ were on CNN’s “This Is Life with Lisa Ling” wherein he admitted that accepting that his son was gay was difficult in the beginning.

The proud father added that when EJ began elementary school, the principal called the family to tell them that the boy liked being a girl “in terms of dressing up.” At that moment, Magic realized that he had to “start working” in him.
