Pregnant Meghan Markle made a rare appearance in casual clothes since becoming Duchess
It’s been a while since the last time we saw the Duchess of Sussex wearing a pair of jeans. The mother-to-be surprised fans of the Royal Family with her casual outfit while out in London.
On Friday, January 19, 2019, 37-year-old Meghan Markle appeared in public with a rather casual outfit that attracted the attention of the Internet for its defiance of more polished and fancy styles expected from a Duchess.
Markle, who is either loved or hated for bringing fresh air to the British Royalty because of her youthful style, was true to her reputation when she stepped out for a lunch meeting wearing jeans.

Apart from the jeans, the Duchess, who is expected to give birth to her first child in April, wore a navy blue coat and a pair of nude heels. Her hair was also casually styled in a messy bun.
She finished her urban look by adding gold aviator sunglasses and a Mulberry purse.
Since it has been revealed that Markle’s due date is in April, chances are her baby could share the Queen’s birthday (April 19) or his cousin Prince Louis’ (April 23), and people are already placing their bets on it.
A RECENTLY APPOINTED STAFF MEMBER
According to People, Markle met her and Prince Harry’s new deputy director of communications Christian Jones, who was reportedly taking notes during the meal.
Jones, who started to serve Kensington Palace in December, also manages communications for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
Before being appointed to his current position, Jones worked for the British government for about seven years, previously serving as press secretary for the Department of Exiting the European Union.
NEW ROYAL BABY DETAILS
The former actress claims not to know her firstborn’s gender yet, and she is still on the look for both a male and a female name for her and Prince Harry’s upcoming child, often hearing options from fans.
Markle was visiting her new animal patronage recently when she had a brief exchange with a woman named Peggy McEachrom, who told the royal that she believed her baby was going to be a boy.
“Oh, you think it’s going to be a boy? It’s a surprise. We don’t know what we’re having. I ask everyone what they think, and everyone has a very strong opinion about it.”

MEGHAN AND THE PUBLIC
Over the last weeks, following the holidays, the Duke and Duchess have had a busy agenda that has allowed them to be in close contact with their admirers who have been excited to share candid moments with the popular royals.
Markle’s pregnancy is, naturally, what everybody wants to talk about when they meet her, and she has been generous to share little hints about her future baby with the people.
As the husband and wife walked to greet the crowds in Birkenhead, the Duchess asked fans for possible names in case her baby was a girl. Her favorite recommendation was “Amy.”
Since it has been revealed that Markle’s due date is in April, chances are her baby could share the Queen’s birthday (April 19) or his cousin Prince Louis’ (April 23), and people are already placing their bets on it.
Little children can’t resist Markle’s charisma, and the Duchess is more than happy to break every protocol to make one of her younger fans’ dreams of sharing a moment with her, as she has shown in more than one occasion.
While on her Royal Tour with Prince Harry, Markle saw a two-year-old girl creeping to the railings to meet her, and as soon as the Duchess noticed, she approached the girl to give her a warm hug in a display of her maternal instinct.
