In September, Joanna faced a barrage of criticisms after she shared a photograph of baby Crew at a doctor’s appointment.

In the image, the baby boy can be seen lying on a pediatrician’s examination table, with her husband smiling down at him.

“Weigh in at the doctor… [Chip Gaines] always seems to make things better,” she captioned the photo.

It seems to be an innocent snap of the baby, but some fans quickly took issue with the photo, speculating that Joanna and Chip were getting their son vaccinated.
