Bradley Cooper makes a rare public appearance with his beautiful mom at the SAG Awards
Bradley Cooper had a special plus one when he attended the 2019 Screen Actors Guild Award on Sunday.
The actor invited his mother, Gloria Campano, to be with him as he bid for outstanding performance on his recent film "A Star Is Born."
Cooper, 44, usually appears with his girlfriend Irina Shayk for such events. However, Shayk was occupied with work overseas.
Of course, Campano was no downgrade as she rocked a black dress with a gorgeous maroon overcoat. The coat featured short furry multi-colored sleeves.
The proud mother accessorized with dazzling jewelry and a large pair of aviator shades. Her son wore a simple chic black suit with a white undercoat.
Meanwhile, longtime girlfriend Shayk was seen in Moscow at a Marc Jacobs events. Prior to that, she was spotted at Paris Couture Week. She and Cooper share one daughter, Lea De Seine Shayk Cooper, together.
"Black Panther" and "Bohemian Rhapsody" beat out Cooper's film during the Sunday award show. The film was the first that Cooper had directed throughout his career in the industry.
Also present were co-stars Lady Gaga and Sam Elliott. Lady Gaga looked gorgeous in a low-cut white dress with a large slit on the left side.
Though she was all dolled up on Sunday, the singer was not allowed to wear makeup for her role in the film as per Cooper's request.
In an interview on the "Graham Norton Show," Lady Gaga even admitted she had "tried to sneak some make-up in, but Bradley wouldn't go for it."
The two became good friends following the production of "A Star Is Born." Recently, they performed the song "Shallow" from the film at Lady Gaga's Las Vegas residency.
The emotional performance captured the hearts of the audience. For Gaga’s part of the song, she played a beautiful piano piece until Cooper sat down next to her and they finished together.
