Toni Braxton leaves nothing to the imagination in sheer blue gown at 2019 Grammy Awards
Toni Braxton stunned fans by donning a sheer blue gown at the 2019 Grammy Awards. Her revealing outfit choice left little to the imagination.
Singer, Toni Braxton attended the 2019 Grammy Awards and stunned fans with her outfit choice. She arrived at the event which took place on Sunday night at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.
Toni opted for a stunning sheer blue gown which showed off tons of skin. Her gown left little to the imagination and shocked fans.
The stunning dress had blue geometric designs and sheer black netting. She paired the show-stopping dress with simple accessories.
Her hair was kept sleek, loose and styled with a center part. She wore dangling earrings and her huge engagement ring.
The huge engagement ring is the one she was gifted by rapper Birdman. The ring was originally lost while traveling via a Delta flight.
The Braxton Family Values star, who calls her ring Bonnie had taken to social media when the ring went missing. She had begged anyone with information to contact her.
“Hey everyone, @delta located my LV Train Case! Yay! Unfortunately, most of my jewelry items are missing…" wrote Braxton. "Including MY ENGAGEMENT RING! Whoever BORROWED it…PLEEEASE return it!!!! I promise, no questions asked!”
She later added:
“Feeling back to my old self again, yay! But I’m sad today. my engagement ring is missing, but I’m optimistic that someone will find Bonnie and return her home!”
Delta Airlines eventually responded to her saying, “Hi Toni. I am so sorry to hear this and my sincere apologies. I see that you were in contact with a team member at the airport. One moment please as I look into this. HAN.”
The loss of the ring coupled with other issues eventually led to Braxton and Birdman splitting up. However last month, the estranged couple re-established their relationship with a huge romantic gesture during Braxton's performance in Atlanta.
Fans were overwhelmingly excited to see Toni and Birdman re-engaged. A large wedding seems to be in the near future.
“This is my second wedding, and I’m over 40 – it’s like Carrie Bradshaw, the last bride over 40 – so I want something that’s elegant and a little sexy. I’ve already done the beautiful bell dress at my first wedding,” said Toni. “This time, I want something that’s more vintage – ’20s and ’30s like Great Gatsby-themed.”
