Daily Joke: A Woman Went to the Doctor's Looking to Lose Some Weight

A woman was eager to lose weight, but her efforts did not bear any fruit. So, she decided to enlist the help of a doctor for better results.

After she told her doctor her fitness goals, the woman was advised to run 10 kilometers a day for 30 days. This, he promised, would help her lose as much as 15 kilograms.

The woman followed the doctor’s advice and, after 30 days, was pleased to find that she’d indeed lost 15 kilograms as promised. She phoned the doctor and thanked him for the wonderful advice which produced such effective results.

At the end of the conversation, however, she asked one last question, which left the doctor dumbfounded:

“How do I get home, since I am now 300km away?”

Interested in some more? One man decided to go to the doctor to ask how he could lose weight. The doctor then gave him simple advice: "Just move your head from left to right and from right to left."

The man, thinking it was easy, asked: "How many times, doctor?" The doctor then smiled and said: "Every time someone offers you food."

“Will you marry me?” Louie asked Rose after a few admiring glances at Rose. Rose replied after a few seconds: “Yes. Yes, I will.”

Both left the dinner feeling ecstatic. But the following morning, Louie could not remember what Rose’s reply to his marriage proposal was. “Did she say ‘yes’ or did she say ‘no’?” He was deeply troubled by his loss of memory.

With hesitation, he decided to call Rose. He told her that he could no longer remember things very well because of his age. He then started talking about the previous evening. He then anxiously asked: “When I asked if you would marry me, did you say 'Yes' or did you say ‘No’?”

Rose answered: “Why, I said, ‘Yes, yes I will,’ and I meant it with all my heart.” Louie was relieved, but he did not expect Rose’s succeeding statement.

She said: “I am so glad that you called because I couldn’t remember who had asked me.”
