Two more women have come forward to add their voices to R Kelly's accusers.

"Mr. Kelly was wearing jeans and a white t-shirt. His penis was out and was over the top of his pants."

Rochelle Washington, 39, and Latresa Scaff, 40, revealed that they had attended an after-party in Baltimore where they were plied with alcohol, marijuana, and cocaine.

The women, then 14 and 15, had consumed marijuana and alcohol but refused the cocaine. According to them, R Kelly invited them to his hotel room.

On February 21, 2019, Kelly handed himself in to the police and is facing multiple charges of sexual assault.

R KELLY EXPOSED HIS GENITALS

Scaff declared that when R Kelly entered the room where she was waiting with Washington, he was wearing a white shirt and jeans and had his zipper open and his penis was exposed.

"When Kelly was alone with me," Scaff told reporters, "he asked me to perform oral sex on him. I was under the influence of marijuana and alcohol and did it. He then had sexual intercourse with me even though I did not have the capacity to consent."

Scaff said that Kelly then asked the two high schoolers to dance for him, which they did. He then asked them to have sex with him, but Washington refused and shut herself in the bathroom. Kelly then had sex with the 15-year-old, then demanded she perform oral sex on him.

EXPOSED BY A DOCUMENTARY

Kelly, 52, has been rumored to be having sex with underage girls for over 25 years, but it was only when the documentary "Surviving R Kelly" was aired that the full extent of his depredations was known.

Kelly's ex-wife, Andrea Kelly has added her voice to the accusers, as did music sensation John Legend. He was the only one of the major artist contacted by the documentary producers who agreed to speak out publicly, though many, such as Lady Gaga and Celine Dion, criticized him privately.

THE DOCUMENTARY THAT EXPOSED R KELLY AS A SEXUAL PREDATOR

The Lifetime documentary "Surviving R Kelly" ia a six-part exposé on the R&B singer's decades-long predation on underage girls.

The series contains the testimony of several women, who details the abuse they suffered at Kelly's hands as young girls.

Kelly’s brothers Bruce Kelly and Casey Kelly were interviewed and revealed that they were often asked by the singer to invite underage girls to the concerts and after-parties.

This documentary reveals yet another celebrity sexual abusers hiding behind his fame and power, like so many others now exposed by the #MeToo movement.

In a related story, R. Kelly's brother, Carey, revealed that the singer used to ask him to 'get underage girls' to attend his concerts.
