Meghan Markle's Mom Will Reportedly Fly to London to Be with Daughter for the Birth of Grandchild

Duchess Meghan's mother Doria Ragland will reportedly be flying to London to be by her daughter's side for the birth of the Royal baby. 

No-one is awaiting the arrival of Duchess Meghan's Royal baby more eagerly than her mother Doria Ragland.

The 62-year-old yoga lives in Los Angeles, while her only daughter lives in London with her Prince, but the expectant grandmother is going to be crossing the Atlantic to be by her side.

THE ROYAL BABY IS DUE ANY DAY NOW

The Daily Mail had reported that inside sources close to the Royal Sussex couple have revealed that Doria will be flying to London to be by her daughter's side for the big event.

Doria has been a constant presence in her Duchess daughter's life, flying over to see her frequently, and even accompanying her on some of her duties.

DORIA RAGLAN TO HELP NEW FAMILY "SETTLE"

The same sources revealed that Doria will be staying with the new parents to help them "settle", before flying back to L.A.

The Royal couple has recently moved into to their new home, Frogmore cottage, on the grounds of Windsor Castle.

Doria is said to be bringing posters from the Duchess' old home to add a homely touch to the newly-spruced up residence.

EXCITEMENT OVER ROYAL BABY IS AT FEVER PITCH

Ever since Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry announced the pregnancy on October 15, 2018, fans have been speculating about the due date, the sex of the baby, and the name the Royal couple will choose,

As the big day draws near, people are even placing bets, the favorite being that the baby is a girl, who will be named Diana after her deceased grandmother, the Princess of Wales.

None can be more excited than Doria Raglan, who will be welcoming her first grandchild, from her only child.

DORIA RAGLAN - SINGLE GRANDMOTHER?

Doria Raglan sat alone at her pew in St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle, at her daughter Meghan's wedding to Prince Harry on September 19, 2018.

Conspicuously absent was Meghan's father, Thomas Markle. Meghan walked down the aisle on the arm of Charles, Prince of Wales, since her own father did not attend the wedding.

Markle, who had been accused of conspiring with paparazzi to create lucrative photo opportunities, was said to be undergoing heart surgery.

Markle and Duchess Meghan are now estranged, and it is unknown if he will be invited to London to meet his Royal grandchild.
