Ciara Braids Husband Russell Wilson's Hair (Video)
He recently became the highest-paid NFL player, but that did not stop Russell Wilson from enjoying a low-key Easter celebration with his superstar wife, Ciara, at her “hair shop.” The heartwarming video is at the end of this article.
Ciara is already a Grammy-winning singer and phenomenal dancer, and now, she can add “hairstylist” to her skill set. The “Level Up” singer spent this past Easter weekend giving her husband a hair makeover with several neat braids.
Wilson filmed the sweet moment and shared to his over three million Instagram followers, proudly announcing that “wifey” was braiding his hair.
"You’re always the first person in, and the last person out. You’re 1 of 1. The hardest working man I know!”
“Coming into my hair shop on Easter Sunday,” Ciara joked before scolding her husband affectionately:
“Babe, you can’t be turning your head all over the place.”
The two lovebirds burst out laughing, and it was apparent they were having a good time together.
Wilson, 30, previously shared a private moment with Ciara last week while announcing a contract extension with the Seattle Seahawks that made him the NFL’s highest-paid player.
“Seattle. We got a deal,” the famed quarterback said alongside a video of he and Ciara in bed. "I’ma see y’all in the morning. Time for y’all to go to bed.”
“Go Hawks!” cooed the “Dose” singer as she cuddled up to Wilson under the sheets.
The football star’s new contract cost a whopping $140 million and includes a $65 million signing bonus, a no-trade clause and $107 million in guaranteed money.
According to Wilson’s agent, Mark Rodgers, the NFL star was looking forward to staying on with the Seahawks.
“He believes there is still unfinished business and he is looking forward to pursuing that without having to worry about contracts and his future,” Rodgers added.
Ciara, 33, also celebrated her husband’s good news with a shoutout on Instagram:
“I watch you put everything on the line every Sunday in pure amazement. Your dedication, consistency, and commitment to the game never wavers. You’re always the first person in, and the last person out. You’re 1 of 1. The hardest working man I know!”
“So proud of you baby! Giving God All the praise,” she added.
Ciara and Wilson tied the knot in 2016 and welcomed their daughter, Sienna Princess, a year later. The couple also raises Ciara’s four-year-old son Future Jr., whose birth father is rapper Future.
