‘Young and the Restless’ Devon Learns ‘Devastating News’ about Kristoff St. John’s Death

"The Young and the Restless" has finally addressed the death of actor Kristoff. St. John three months after his passing by killing off his character, Neil Winter.

On Tuesday's episode, April 23, 2019, Neil's son, Devon Hamilton, played by Bryton James, found his father's body, although the details surrounding his death are yet to be revealed.

Those who watched the show saw Devon coming down the stairs with tears in his eyes and, at the end of the episode, he shared the heartbreaking news with Lili Winters, his sister, portrayed by Christel Khalil.

The siblings can be seen exchanging words but viewers weren't able to determine what was being said on account of the somber tune playing in the background.

It has been reported that the show is expected to pay tribute to St. John next week, and Shemar Moore, Mishael Morgan and Victoria Rowell, his onscreen family, will be making a comeback.

REMEMBERING ST. JOHN

Fans of "The Young and the Restless" will be able to watch a special episode dedicated to honoring St. John's life, where several cast members will share memories they have of him. The episode will air on April 29.

It will be a sweet and honorable ending to the character brought to life by the actor, who made his debut on the show back in 1991, touching the lives of millions of people throughout the years.

HOW DID THE ACTOR DIE?

St. John was found dead at the age of 52 on February 3, and his passing was officially ruled an accident. According to the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office, the actor succumbed to "hypertrophic heart disease and effects of ethanol."

A month later, St. John was buried next to his son, Julian St. John's, grave, who took his own life in 2014. The private funeral service was attended by friends and family at the Calvary Community Church, in California.
