Melania Trump Dazzles at First Lady's Luncheon
On Tuesday, First Lady Melania Trump attended the annual First Lady’s Luncheon which was hosted by the Congressional Club. As usual, she turned heads with her gorgeous outfit.
For her attendance of the107th First Lady’s Luncheon, first lady Melania Trump, 49, wore a red sleeveless dress that suited her perfectly! The dress was paired with a matching belt.
She styled her hair in loose cascades that framed her face. Trump took to social media, including Instagram, to post five images from the event.
She captioned her post writing:
“Honored to take part in the 107th First Lady’s Luncheon today hosted by the Congressional Club. A wonderful opportunity to come together with spouses for a bipartisan event. Thank you for all you do and the generous donations you give that support and care for our communities. #BeBest.”
The Be Best campaign aims to fight against online bullying, opioid use, and to work on child welfare. The event was closed off to the press.
However, a number of people who attended posted a few images on social media. Second lady Karen Pence, Vice President Mike Pence’s wife, retweeted Trump’s images on Twitter.
Television host Kathie Lee Gifford and Nicole C. Mullen were also in attendance. Gifford shared an image of the two them smiling and posing together.
Trump has become somewhat of a fashion icon with her dazzling fashion choices. Recently she turned heads when at the White House by wearing a gorgeous ivory sleeveless dress with embroidered flowers.
At the time she was attending a celebration of military mothers and spouses. She was accompanied by her husband President Donald Trump, 72.
On the same day the luncheon was held, the first lady celebrated the one-year anniversary of her Be Best initiative. For the occasion, she wore a $1,195 denim midi-dress by Emilia Wickstead.
The event was held in the Rose Garden of the White House, and her husband was also present. At one point, the president held his wife’s shoulders to leaned in and give her a warm kiss on the cheek.
He congratulated her on her accomplishment with the campaign.
