Kelly Ripa Shares Then and Now Pics of Her Kids on Mother's Day
Mother’s day is a special day all over the world and just like us starstruck people, our beloved stars also have some emotional memories of their mothers or being mothers.
Kelly Ripa posted a couple of pictures of her and her kids on her Instagram on 13 May and the evolution has left her fans amazed and in awe. She captioned, “I blinked and the second photo happened this morning. I thought the exhaustion would never end....... I was right wouldn’t change a thing #mothersday.”
She blinked and time went by to the present but the exhaustion didn’t end. Her way of painting a working mother’s responsibilities is truly poetic.
And to make things even better, Kelly also posted a picture of her with her mother Esther from back in the 1970s. Young Esther and baby Kelly made quite a duo.
“Happy Mother’s Day to a lady who’s been balancing motherhood and power wigs since day one! (And made it look easy) I love you, mom, #mothersday” Kelly wrote.
The posts on her Instagram show that Kelly loves her mom and looks up to her. She aspires to be just as good of a mother.
Kelly has played many roles in her life as an actress, a dancer, a television show host, and a television producer. Among all of those, she excels at being a MOM. Being one of the most stylish celebrities, both Kelly and her husband Mark have an amazing sense of fashion and they’ve passed down their fashion sense to their kids.
“What is the one thing I’ve always told you?” Ripa asked Lola. The reason for this question is to share the most valuable advice Kelly shared with her daughter Lola, 17. “Never touch your eyebrows!” is the most important advice.
Both Lola and her mother now follow a “less is more” approach to makeup, which they take quite literally.
Being a television producer, she has her way with almost everything. Besides some amazing beauty and fashion tips, she also shared how she copes with Mark’s previous profession as a stripper.
“A lot of hot guys in Hollywood have done that. He was straight out of college, and he went to Notre Dame and finished his degree at the University of South Florida,” she said.
