A-list actress Julia Roberts, one of Hollywood's most beautiful women has been married for 16 years, and here's detailed information you need to know about her blessed husband, Danny Moder.

Danny, born in LA, started his career as a production assistant before moving up the ranks to become a successful renowned cinematographer. He has worked on projects such as Spider-Man 3, Mr & Mrs. Smith, Animal Kingdom, and The Normal Heart for which he received an Emmy nomination.

The cinematographer and Primetime Emmy Award nominee, Danny and Julia Roberts got married in July 2002. The two had met on the set of "The Mexican" in 2002. Apparently, both were in different relationships at that time, but it didn't deter them from finding a way to find love with each other.

Moder was initially married to Vera Steimberg from 1997 to 2002. After finalizing his divorce from Steimberg, he and Roberts got married on the 4th of July, 2002, in a private and small ceremony at the actress’ ranch in Taos, New Mexico.

Ever since then, Julia and Danny's relationship has always been private and discreet. The pair keeps their married life off media to a point where there was speculation of a rumored split as both of them hadn't been seen together for months.

This rumor was laid to rest when Roberts shared a beautiful photo of herself and her husband enjoying a romantic holiday. Together they have three children Phinnaeus Moder, 13, Hazel Moder, 13, and Daniel Moder, 12.

Speaking on how getting married to Danny changed her life, Julia Roberts, in an interview with Gwyneth Paltrow, revealed that it was arguably the best decision in her life. She said:

"I think that first kind of real 'seismic shift' was meeting Danny, getting married to Danny. That was the first like my life will never be the same in the most incredible, indescribable way."

She continued by saying:

“He truly, to this day, to this minute is just my favorite human, I'm more interested in what he has to say or his point of view just than anybody. Really, we're so lucky in that way. We just really, really like each other, and we just enjoy each other's company."

She continued:

"We've been married for 16 years, we've been together for 18 years. It just gets deeper, it just gets more complex...you're young, and you fall in love and go, Yeah, we're going to get married and we're going to build a house and will have kids, and all these things that we all kind of dream of, but you don't know if you're going to like the same couch and you don't know if he is going to want to get patterned towels”
