Duane Chapman’s Grandchild Dakota Is All Grown up as He Shares an Adorable New Photo with His Son

There is nothing that makes a man more proud than seeing his grandchildren growing up tall and healthy, except maybe watching the same but on his great-grandchildren.

This weekend the fans of Duane Dog Johnson, made a stop from the celebrations of Memorial Day. And the reason is nothing more and nothing less than to enjoy an adorable photograph, where Dakota, grandson of Duane, appears with his few-month-old son, Asher.

In the photograph shared by Instagram, the little baby appears with a big smile, and his father Dakota is also lying next to him smiling. Along with the post, he wrote: "Sunday giggles with this little guy".

The comments from fans highlighted the baby's resemblance to his father, as well as the tenderness and mischief transmitted by the photograph. The ex-star of the TV show Dog and Beth: On the Hunt, announced in January 2018 that he and his girlfriend Cheryl had had a baby and that his name would be Asher.

Despite having renounced the show, and having few appearances on the small screen, Dakota has a famous name thanks to himself and his large number of followers, who soon looked at the pictures to meet the little boy.

The show presents situations derived from the capture and apprehension of fugitives who have broken their freedom on bail. Dakota has followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, and after a career as an agent by their side; he has decided to continue with the family bail business.

He is currently in charge of the operations of his father's company, Leland Chapman, in Hawaii. It is a business that his father founded and that has been very successful since he left the series.

Dakota was born on March 24, 1995, in Hawaii in the United States. His mother is Maui Chapman, he also has two siblings: a sister, Leiah, and a brother, Cobie.

Young Chapman loves being in shape and therefore spends time in outdoor activities, fishing, swimming, and surfing. Although it is a great advantage to have grown up in the islands, Dakota used to spend the summers in Colorado, which gave him the knowledge and ease of developing in the big city.

He also likes the guitar and since he is a good performer, he can usually be seen with this beautiful instrument in his hands playing some melody. He has composed several songs and says that there is nothing that relaxes him more, and makes him feel calm to clarify his ideas and focus than to play the guitar.

Remember that Dog the Bounty Hunter star Beth Chapman, and stepmother of Dakota, announced her cancer had returned in November 2018. She and her husband Duane "Dog" Chapman, father of Dakota, are staying strong as she battles her illness.
