Duane Chapman’s Son Leland Gives a Thumbs up in the Pre-Surgery Photo

Jaime Chapman, the wife of “Dog the Bounty Hunter” star Leland Chapman, shared on her Instagram stories a photo of her husband right before getting into the operating room.

In the image, Leland appeared laying on a hospital bed with most of his body covered by a blanket. He was slightly smiling while placing his thumbs up, letting everybody know that he was confident about the still undisclosed surgery.

Apart from tagging Leland in the post, she wrote, “Before my baby goes back for his surgery.”

HEALTH UPDATE

On May 21, Jamie uploaded a photo on her Instagram account, sharing a health update on her husband’s health. She revealed that the surgery took place on May 17 and that the recovery has not been easy.

In the post, Jaime appeared wearing a shirt that had Leland’s photo on. For the caption, she pointed out that she wore that specific top to “help cheer him on as he’s becoming more mobile today.”

Finally, Jaime wrote that she wanted her husband to know that she was his biggest fan and that she would cheer him on “through the pain of recovery.”

Leland also uploaded a photo on his Instagram account showing Jaime posing for the camera with one of their pets. In the caption, he wrote, “She is my lover and he’s my biter.”

SPLITTING RUMORS

In April this year, the couple was involved in splitting rumors after Leland allegedly unfollowed Jamie on social media. Apart from that, he shared a cryptic message that read, “Money is no longer the root of all evil, attention is.”

Jaime added fuel to the fire as she shared a message in her Instagram story that read, “Guys want a pretty girl until they actually get a pretty girl, and then they get insecure and make her feel bad for all the attention she gets.”

Since neither Jaime nor Leland directly addressed the situation, it is hard to tell if they really had a problem. At the moment and, as shown in their latest social media posts, they are happy together.

Unfortunately, Leland is not the only member of the family who is experiencing a health issue. Beth Chapman, Duane “Dog” Chapman’s wife, continues to face throat cancer.

Earlier this year, Beth revealed that the new show she and her husband have been working on, “Dog’s Most Wanted,” “apparently” would not premiere this year.
