Tina Lawson's Feathered Black Dress Stole the Show as She Danced at Wearable Art Gala
Her daughter Beyoncé is the global superstar, but Saturday was all about Tina Lawson who stunned in a black, feathered dress while dancing with her hubby at the Wearable Art Gala in Santa Monica.
The third edition of the prestigious annual event paid tribute to Disney’s “Lion King” with the theme “A Journey to the Pride Lands,” and the day’s host, Tina, did not disappoint.
The 65-year-old posed alongside her hubby Richard Lawson in a black, feathered dress that hugged her curves, featuring minimal intricate beading and a dramatic mono sleeve. Tina styled the outfit with her signature blond locks while rocking a generous amount of makeup.

Richard, 72, on the other hand, looked regal in a kaftan-like robe with matching arm accessories and a headdress.
The lovebirds, who tied the knot in 2015, are co-founders of the Where Art Can Occur (WACO) theater center in L.A. and organize the gala annually to raise funds. According to Variety, this year’s event raised over $2 million for arts education and the center.
In attendance for the big night were stars and celebrities like Beyoncé, her husband Jay-Z, their daughter Blue Ivy, former bandmates Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland, and honorees for the night: Tyler Perry, Chris Tucker, Chloe x Halle, Marsai Martin, etc.
If anyone was wondering whether Tina had fun, they only have to watch her video snippet from the event. The mom-of-two (singers Beyoncé and Solange) was filmed digging it out beside her husband as a singer mesmerized the crowd.
