Sharon Stone on the Secret of Her Perfect Body: ‘I Don’t Like To Be Fat’
Sharon Stone can easily compete with many women half her age in terms of her exceptional physique — and she's just entering her 60s.
The legendary actress has delivered onscreen hits for over 30 years now and she's still looking like a flawless babe. Thankfully, she was willing to share the secrets to her amazing health and hot bod.
Change your philosophy
First, she countered the mental aspects of it. Speaking to New You, Stone shared that it all "begins with a state of mind." Instead of thinking something might be difficult, say to yourself, "what if it's just easy?"
She listed things like doing away with resistance, heart opening, issue resolution, and forgiveness as ways to settle into a better philosophical outlook.

She said:
"Sleep when you are supposed to sleep, eat when you are supposed to eat, exercise when you are supposed to exercise, show up on time for your jobs, keep your agreements, and live in your truth, you will have a healthy life."
Add healthy habits to your daily routine
Fortunately, the "Basic Instinct" star also spoke in terms we're more familiar with and gave us insight into her day to day activities.

As per the Daily Mail, she revealed that she drinks alcohol only "rarely," opting instead for about "20 cups of herbal tea a day." She regularly engages in yoga, dance, Pilates, and even used to have a rowing machine at her home.
Put quite simply, the actress reportedly stated:
"'I'm not a sedentary individual. I don't like fat on my body. I'm a physical performer - I like to be able to use my body in my work."

Have a reason to improve
So for Stone, it's not only about looks. She not only benefits by feeling strong and healthy, but she knows she's doing what's best for her career, which she's still passionate about.
Sure, she's making it look easy. She stated: "Because the parts were shiny, people wanted to assume this was who I was - not just how my work was. It's difficult [for people] to see your work as your work."
However, there's more to Stone than her onscreen talents. She's also an "activist, philanthropist, [and] mother." In fact, she described herself as a "part-time actress."

Keep doing what you love
Her most recent hits, including 2017's "All I Wish," might show otherwise. In it, the blond beauty appears unabashed in a bikini top. Of course, she looked stunning in it.
A woman unashamed of her age, she's also landed roles in series like "Mosaic," "Better Things," and "Ratched," She has others in post-production and one film, "What About Love," which is already completed for a 2020 release.
Be proud of your work
Of course, Stone also flaunts her stuff on the red carpet. In February 2019, she walked alongside Steven Style and the pair captured the spotlight at the singer's Grammy Awards viewing party.
Working as the night's auctioneer, Stone wore a black jumpsuit with fishnet designs at the chest and legs. She helped to raise approximately $2.8 million for "Janie's Fund," a charity which helps sexual assault victims.
Meanwhile, Tyler jammed out on stage with his Aerosmith band. At one point, he pulled Stone onstage and the two rocked out together. They both still know how to bring down the house.
