David Beckham Criticized for Kissing Daughter Harper, 7, on the Lips at the Women’s World Cup

David Beckham has starred in a new controversy on Instagram. Victoria Beckham's husband has shared an image kissing his seven-year-old daughter Harper and many followers reacted wrong.

The ex-midfielder of Manchester United and Real Madrid has received a lot of criticism after the publication of this snapshot, where some netizens have described the scene as incorrect.

It is not the first time that Beckham’s family has been involved in this type of controversy. Victoria already shared in 2016 a similar image kissing his little girl, which caused a stir in the media and also opened a debate on whether it is advisable to kiss children in the mouth.

Last November, the businessman made headlines when he published a photo in which he is kissing Harper and provoked the debate among his fans. While some called it "sick", others asked not to exaggerate since it was a tender demonstration between a father and a daughter.

At that time, the journalist Piers Morgan also got into the discussion and said that the photo seemed "strange" and creepy. However, little he cared what others think as he now did it again.

The 43-year-old retired professional footballer, David Beckham, has been married for nearly 20 years but said it's not always easy.

Beckham and former Spice Girl Victoria Adams, knowns as Posh Spice, tied the knot back in 1999 and have four children together.

He said married life is complicated after years of marriage, and added: "When you've been married for the amount of time that we have, it's always hard work."

Victoria said in a recent interview that tabloids are constantly writing "nonsense" about their marriage and that they've learned to ignore the rumors.

The rumor mill has been working tirelessly since the couple tied the knot 19 years ago but they are "just carrying on as normal."

She added though the repercussions affect those around them and it's not fair towards their friends and family members.
