The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were in attendance during the first game of the weekend series in London, where the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees were up against one another. Before the game, the Royal couple spent some time with each team, being showered with gifts for Baby Archie.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry visited both teams' clubhouses before the games, and they were showered with gifts for their newborn son.

Thoughtful Gifts

While the Red Sox gave the couple a team onesie and a small red bat, the Yankees' gift was something more personal, which touched the proud parents.

They gave Archie a baby-sized jersey with "Archie" embroidered at the back.

"You guys have beaten next door's present, by the way." Prince Harry shared with the Yankees.

Aside from exchanging gifts, Meghan also reunited with Red Sox star Mookie Betts, who is apparently her distant relative.

Like many other games they visit, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex threw out the first pitch of the game, which was the first ever Major League Baseball competition to be played in Europe.

Archie's Baptism

Meghan and Prince Harry are proud first-time parents to Archie and the latest news in their household is that he's set to be baptized this July.

The baptism will take place in none other than the St. George's Chapel in Windsor, the same place where Archie's parents wed in May 2018, and the same place his own dad was baptized back in 1984.

Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor was born to the Duke and Duchess on May 6, 2019, and has since then been shown off in his parents' official Instagram account.

VIP Attendees

For his christening, Prince William and Kate Middleton are set to attend with his grandparents, Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall. While Queen Elizabeth might not be attending just as she didn't attend Prince Louis', Markle's mother, Doria Ragland will most likely fly in from California.

As for who his godparents will be, the Royal couple has many to choose from, including their friends Jessica and Ben Mulroney, Jake and Zoe Warren, Zara Philips and Princess Eugenie, Serena Williams, or even Amal and George Clooney.

Fans will just have to wait and see whom the proud parents will be appointing, but whoever they may be, they are definitely going to be close to Meghan and Harry for them to trust the pair that much.
