This weekend was a long and blissful love filled one. One person who said "I do" again is the late actress, Grace Kelly's granddaughter, Charlotte Casiraghi.

Just like the star-studded weddings of Zoe Kravitz and Sophie Turner that took place during the weekend, on June 29, 2019, Charlotte repeated nuptials with husband and film producer Dimitri Rassam.

The beautiful ceremony, according to People, started with a religious service which took place at the Abbaye Sainte-Marie de Pierredon outside Saint-Rémy-de-Provence in south France. After the service, there was a private reception which had friends and family in attendance.

Unlike her first wedding with the film producer where she donned both Saint Laurent and Chanel, Charlotte this time wore a gorgeous Giambattista Valli. A picture of the gorgeous bride in the silk chiffon dress posted by Giambattista Villa's official account showed how lovely she looked on her big day.

The photo showed Charlotte and her husband with their arms locked, staring affectionately into each other's eyes. The bride had on a white flowery gown with a white veil on her head. They both looked breathtaking! The image was captioned,

"Congratulations Charlotte Casiraghi and Dimitri Rassam on their wedding in Saint-Remy-de-Provence. The bride wore a custom Giambattista Valli Haute Couture gown. Very happy to be part of their dream! Ph. @felixdolmaillot"

THE FIRST NUPTIAL CEREMONY

The couple initially tied the knot in a civil garden ceremony on June 1st at the blue-hued Salon des Glaces of Monaco’s Palais Princier.

The event was followed by a dinner at the principality’s Villa la Vigie. Of course, the beautiful bride made sure to pay tribute to her actress grandmother, Grace Kelly by adorning herself with the same beautiful Cartier diamond necklace Kelly was gifted on her wedding by husband, Prince Rainier.

WHY CHARLOTTE CHOSE PROVENCE

Charlotte's decision to have her big day in Provence wasn't random, and it had a lot to do with how she lived after her dad's sudden death. She was only 4 when she lost her father, Stefano.

After the demise of her dad, her mother relocated from St. Remy, taking her and her siblings to live in Provence. This was, however, in a bid to have her kids live a life away from the spotlight.

Although she is the 11th in the line of succession to the Principality's royal throne, Charlotte does not bear the title of Princess. We wish her and her husband a happy married life!
