In the promo released by Fox recently, the original squad of Beverly Hills can be seen reuniting after a visit to the Peach Pit — the beloved diner for the characters.

Although a lot of fans are now excited to watch the series, they said that it would never be the same without Luke Perry.

Spelling‘s character Donna Martin and Brian Austin Green‘s character David Silver share a kiss in the clip.

“Remember when we used to make out to this song?” Spelling can be heard asking Green.

From that point, fans were plunged into quick glimpses at the rest of the Peach Pit gang — Ian Ziering, Shannen Doherty, Jason Priestley, Jennie Garth, and Gabrielle Carteris.

The reboot series pursues the stars as they reunite for the first time in two decades, as indicated by Fox.

Although a lot of fans are now excited to watch the series, they said that it would never be the same without Luke Perry, who became a teen idol for playing Dylan McKay. He passed away from a massive stroke on March 4.

One person said: "The gang is all back but (it) will not be the same (without) Dylan, but life goes on and we can be (grateful) Luke was in (our) lives."

"I’m SO excited about this, but I just can’t help but feel sad. Dylan was EVERY (girl's) first crush in the (’90s)," added another fan.

In February, Fox initially declared plans for a six-episode revival of "Beverly Hills, 90210."

“What will happen when first loves, old romances, friends and frenemies come back together, as this iconic cast – whom the whole world watched grow up together – attempts to continue from where they left off?” the network said at the time.

The original series ran for ten seasons (between 1990 and 2000). "BH90210" is set to premiere on August 7 at 9 p.m. ET on Fox.
